Blue Owl Workshop accepts returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 21 days of the original purchase date. We strive to ensure every customer finds the perfect fit and is completely satisfied with their high-quality denim and artisanal goods.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all manufacturer tags, labels, and accessories are still attached and intact.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier of your choice to send the package back to our Seattle workshop for inspection.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your requested exchange within 3-5 business days.
